The concept of the 『full bottle rejection function』 is simple. The air conveyor is the bridge between the blowing machine and the filling machine. The bottles will trigger the sensor to make the discharging device remove the bottles. Stop preform feeding to avoid continuous production of bottles if the customer requests to prevent an accumulation of bottles on the conveyor. You can resume the production line once the problem is solved and manually put the excluded bottles to the conveyor.
